Delivery timing

Delivery times vary by item, warehouse, destination, and carrier. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout or with your order is an estimate rather than a guaranteed arrival date.

Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be sent after your order ships. Tracking can take a little time to begin showing movement after a label is created.

Multiple-item orders

Items in the same order may be fulfilled from different locations and can arrive in separate packages. If that happens, you may receive more than one tracking number.

Address changes

If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but once fulfillment has started, we may not be able to change or redirect the shipment.
